Fusion Original Saigon Centre Regulations
To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for our guests, please observe our ‘Hotel Regulations’ as follows:
Please ensure that you show a valid identification at the Front Desk upon check in (ID Card for Vietnamese Residents). Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
The following items are prohibited in the guest rooms: any weapons, toxic or flammable items.
You are not allowed to bring pets (including service animals)
Gambling, prostitution and drugs use of any kinds are prohibited within the hotel. Guests will be held fully responsible for any violations of the Vietnamese Law.
Fusion Original Saigon Centre forbids the use of any items that may result in strange, unpleasant or stinking odors which may affect the environmental sanitation of Fusion Original Saigon Centre and/or cause a nuisance to other Hotel Guests. Accordingly, smoking is expressly forbidden as is the possession and/or consumption of certain foods, including; but not limited to: durian; jackfruit; mangosteen; raw meats, poultry & seafood, and shall result in a supplemental one (01) room night penalty equivalent to that of this registration for the mandatory cleaning and in-room air purification as a result thereof. As per the promulgation of Decree No. 136/2020/ND-CP, Fire Prevention and Fighting and Law on Amendments to Law on Fire Prevention and Fighting, the use of any combustible materials is categorically forbidden and may result in immediate eviction if guest(s) is/are found in violation. Fusion Original Saigon Centre shall not be held responsible for refunds of any kind due to premature departures resulting from any breach detailed herein.
Your valuables such as jewelry, money and personal electronic equipment must be kept in the safety box provided in the room or deposited at the Front Desk. The hotel will not be responsible for any loss if guests do not follow this regulation.
All visitor(s) is/are required to be registered with the valid IDs/passports at the Front Desk and are only permitted in guest rooms, following registration, between 08:00 and 22:00. Any visitor(s) must be accompanied by the registered guest at all times. In case the guest reservation does not contain details of visitor name or any note referring to the same, an additional room booking is required after 22:00.
Fusion Original Saigon Centre reserves the right to charge guests the cost of replacing items that are removed from the premises and rectifying damages, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the property or structure.
Fitness center, swimming pool and car park are shared facilities with Saigon Centre and Sedona Suites, thus Fusion Original Centre shall require each guest who may use these shared facilities to acknowledge and agree to comply with Saigon Centre and Sedona Suites regulations and policies.
For security reasons please do not change your room or relocate any personal belongings in the hotel without informing the Front Desk.
In case of fire please remain calm and take the nearest stairs to the emergency exit. Please do not use the elevators.
Our check-in time is from 14h00 and the check-out time is at 12h00.
Complaint handling process
When a dispute arises (after a room is booked by a guest), the guest can file a complaint directly to us via the hotel’s hotline.
The guest’s complaint will then be received and transferred to the department in charge within 24 hours. The complaint will be resolved as soon as possible.
Policy on changing rooms, check-in and check-out dates
In case a guest wants to change his/her room or check-out date, please contact our reservation department for assistance.
Cancellation policies may vary depending on hotels, rates and time. Below is the basic policy on room cancellation, applicable when there is no cancellation policy mentioned in the reservation letter or on the online booking page.
- If the guest cancels his/her reservation 14 days prior to the check-in date, the full amount paid for his/her booking will be refunded.
- If the guest cancels his/her reservation within 14 days from the booking date, the hotel will charge the full room rate.
- In the case of a no-show (the guest has reserved a room but doesn’t show up), the full room rate will be charged.
If the guest has made a deposit and full payment for the room reserved, but due to unexpected events, the guest cancels his/her trip, we will consider refunding options for the guest. The refund will depend on specific policy of each booking. Such a refund will be communicated by our staff to the guest via email.
- The refund is made within 21-30 business days depending on banks.
- Refund method: the refund will be made to the bank account provided or to the charged card.
- Refund fee: free of charge.
We reserve the right to change the conditions and cancel policies at any time without prior notice.
We are not responsible for compensation for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from changing dates, room type, etc. or in case of force majeure (natural disasters, wars, etc.).
